My Pitch I'm running it light with 1x10 (now running an MRP G2 mini guide) dual air Rev's, tubeless, reverb and an RP23 HV which is shimmed (perfect ramp up while staying supple)

I would suggest getting Fox's volume reducer kit if you ride harder or ride dirt jumps because I find it bottoms out reletivaly easy at low psi

at i did is make a home made volume reducer for my rp2
soooo muuuuch better, small bump sensitivity increased lets say by 20%, no mid stroke wallow, stays higher in the travel and much harder to bottom out
i had the same "problem" with bad small bump sensitivity and bottoming out on nearly everything - problem is totaly solved now
Reducing the can volume wouldnt change small bump senstivity. It only helps to make the shock more progressive so prevent wollow and bottoming out. The only way it would help with small bump sensitivity is if you reduced the air pressure.

the DHX Air and reducing the air chamber volume. I've heard this can be done either by using shims or using a smaller can from a standard size Fox Float shock. I'm not sure what is best. I think using shims I could play around using either larger or small volumes and find what works best. On the other hand, I think a smaller air can would maybe work and look better

rp2 with volume reducer - makes it very sensitive in the beggining stroke, it stays in the middle and it's practicaly imposible to bottom ouit it
